Thank you for supporting Noblem. Here's what to expect when you order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, please allow a little extra time during launches, restocks, and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, typically 3–7 business days after your order ships. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Noblem isn't responsible for packages once they're marked delivered by the carrier, or for carrier delays. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at info@shopnoblem.com and we'll do our best to help.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
