We want you to love your Noblem products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on eligible products.
Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and skincare products cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at info@shopnoblem.com to request a return. If approved, we'll send instructions on where to ship your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@shopnoblem.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on opened personal care or skincare products, sale items, or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
